What equipment is included in the studio rental?
The equipment included in each studio rental varies depending on the specific studio. Generally, all studios come with basic lighting equipment, backdrops, and stands. Studio B, the production powerhouse, has a more extensive lighting grid and a cyclorama wall. Specific equipment details are listed on the individual studio pages on our website. You can also rent additional equipment from our equipment rental catalog, including specialized lighting, lenses, and modifiers.
How do I book a studio rental?
Booking a studio rental is easy! Simply visit our Studios page, select the studio you'd like to book, and choose your desired date and time. You'll be prompted to create an account or log in if you already have one. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your studio rental. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own photography equipment to our studios. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the studio layout and power outlets beforehand. Please ensure that all equipment you bring is in good working order and that you are responsible for its safety and security. What are your studio hours?
Our standard studio hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer extended hours and weekend rentals upon request, subject to availability. Are there any cleaning fees associated with the studio rental?
A standard cleaning fee is included in the studio rental price to cover the cost of maintaining a clean and tidy environment. However, clients are responsible for leaving the studio in a reasonably clean condition after their rental period. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal. For larger bookings, we can arrange for bank transfers.
